On May 5th, the Netherlands are celebrating their liberation during World War II. Many cities organise the annual Liberation Festival, and so does our capital. The musical takes place at various locations in the inner city. Dutch artists will perform on the main stage at the Dam and Nesplein. This year, the Beursplein will place new talents in the spotlights. Famous names performing this year are Go Back To The Zoo, Nick & Simon and Gers Pardoel. The festival lasts until midnight, but if you still want an after party, you can go to Bittersweet and Winston Kingdom.
