Sziget is a festival that's celebrated in August each year on a big sziget (Hungarian for island) in the middle of the Danube. The festival goes on for six days, 24 hours a day. Sziget has no less than 60 stages where an enormous variety of music can be heard - there's something for everybody. As well as rock, dance and electro there's also funk, blues and classical music. Besides music, Sziget also offers various other things like theatre, a fun fair, film, art, sport, reataurants, there's plenty to do! 400,000 visitors are expected at this year's festival.
