The Municipal Museum gives you a chance to learn everything about the history of this centuries old city. Various objects how you how the peoples of this part of the country lived, from prehistoric times up until today. You'll clearly see that the centre of Prague has changed little over the recent centuries. The jewel in this museum's crown is the perfect paper model of Prague, made in the early 19th century by Antonin Langweil. It took him 11 years to complete and the detail is staggering: look for broken windows, ladders positioned against walls and house numbers!
