Als je lekker wil picknicken kun je dat doen op Rittenhouse Square, het meest populaire park in Philadelphia. Oorspronkelijk heette het park Southwest Square, maar het is sinds 1825 hernoemd naar Rittenhouse Square, als ode aan David Rittenhouse. Rond lunchtijd zijn hier veel inwoners en werknemers die van het stukje natuur genieten. Ook hier kun je veel kunststukken in het openbaar vinden, vooral bronzen beelden. Daarnaast is het een populaire plek om honden uit te laten, maar maak je geen zorgen om hondenpoep, die moet worden opgeruimd door de eigenaren met doggybags.<\/p>\n
