The Crystals maakt deel uit van het hyperdeluxe CityCenter, waar bijvoorbeeld het Mandarin Oriental-hotel ook is gevestigd. De modernistische architectuur van het gebouw past perfect bij de high-end producten die hier verkocht worden. Daarnaast worden hier ook kunstexposities georganiseerd.
