Het Muba Eug\u00e8ne Leroy is een museum gelegen in Tourcoing. Deze stad valt binnen de agglomeratie waar Lille ook binnenvalt. Het museum werd in 1860 ondergebracht in het vroegere stadhuis van Tourcoing, maar verhuisde in 1931 naar een geheel nieuw gebouw. Het museum droeg vroeger de naam Beaux-Arts de Tourcoing, maar werd in 2009 veranderd naar MUba Eug\u00e8ne Leroy. Klassieke, moderne en hedendaagse kunst komen hier allemaal samen. Deze werken worden tegenover elkaar geplaatst om zo het contrast tussen de verschillende kunstvormen duidelijk te laten zien. De werken worden om de zoveel tijd van plaats veranderd.
