Alekos Island heeft zelfs geen telefoon en dat geeft wel aan hoe ontspannen deze bar is. De muziek staat gezellig luid, maar niet te hard om een behoorlijk gesprek te voeren. Hoewel de bar een centraal punt inneemt binnen de Atheense gay-scene, doet eigenaar Alekos alle moeite om iedereen welkom te laten voelen. Laat je zakken in de gezellige fauteuils of vraag Alekos om een mooie cocktail voor je te maken.
