The Design Museum offers visitors a direct and comprehensible insight into the role that design plays in our daily lives. From the beginning of mass production until the present time. On museum's top floor you'll find examples of the development of design within mass production. Many of the items and methods on display are still used. In the overview gallery, visitors can view contemporary designs in an international context. Concepts, prototypes and final products are all on display, from furniture to cameras and from cars to computers. The designs that never made it are also interesting.
